• Trip Advisor – A great place to read many current reviews of Cozumel hotels, there’s also a Cozumel message board where a very nice group of folks gather to discuss many things Cozumel, this is a great forum to exchange Cozumel information and to get advice from experienced Cozumel visitors as well as locals.
• Travel Notes – Although not based in Cozumel, this Canadian site is also full of great information which is constantly updated and current, and its message board is one of the funnest to participate in.
• Cozumel Weddings - Planning a wedding in Cozumel?? It is one of the most beautiful places in the world to do it, and in my opinion the best wedding planner hands down, is Stephanie. I've seen her work and others, and believe me, you don't want anyone else making arrangements for you, she has wonderful taste and she is simply the best in Cozumel, visit her site and contact her if you have questions.
• Pelagic Snorkeling: Whalesharks!!! - If you've read the story of my family's adventure in August of 2004 to Isla Mujeres, now you can see the video I put together from that trip at the bottom of this page. Ramon Guerrero is an amazing person, and he cares deeply about the whalesharks. Check out the story and video, and visit his website for SEARIOUS DIVING. If you are able to make this trip once in your life, DO IT! it is amazing beyond words!!!
• Cozumel Sailing - For several years now my good friends Dan & Karen Libbert from Missouri have been getting nothing but glowing reviews and high praise for their magnificient excursion the TUCAN SAILING ADVENTURE. My family and I have enjoyed this trip several times and really it just keeps getting better and better every year, Juan, Jaime and Kim have the TSA down to an art form, from all the activities (fishing, snorkeling, beach combing, spinaker rides) to the delicious food made fresh on the spot, to the tasty bar selection and music, add to that their friendly and attentive service and you've got one of the best ways to spend a day in Cozumel, away from the hustle and bustle of the hotels, downtown & the cruise ships, exploring the untouched side of Cozumel. Make sure to visit their website and contact them for advanced reservations, they are often booked solid, specially during the busy times of the year. If you meet Skipper Dan ask him to tell you the story of the first spinaker ride experiment, it's a hoot! • Cozumel Kiteboarding - One of the fastest growing "extreme" sports has found a huge following here in Cozumel with prevailing winds favorable for this activity almost year round. My good friend Adrian Angulo (owner of Especies Restaurant) and friends head up the best kite boarding shop in Cozumel, they are great guys and make the learning process loads of fun. • Cozumel Underwater Video & Photo - Studio NOX.com is the website of my good friend and Videographer & Photographer Extraordinaire Jose Luis Aragón. • Barefoot Massages in Cozumel - If you need a really good rub while in Cozumel make sure to give Barefoot Sally a call. She has a unique and effective massage method, and gets glowing reviews from many people, plus she is a sweetheart! Visit her site!!!
• Cozumel Mini Golf - If you haven't been to El Gol-fee-toe you're missing out on some serious fun, and awesome sangrias too! A great place to take the kids, your folks or friends and spend some leisure time walking around a cool jungle setting mini golf course. Don't forget to ask about the walkie talkies and the famous sangria!!
